We have an extensive cocktail menu which has been created to suite every taste. All cocktails are made using only fresh fruit and premium spirits with a minimum of 2 but mostly 3 shots in all cocktails, so beware! Look out for our own signature cocktails which change monthy and are created and blended by our experienced staff. The now 'legendary' Raspberry Bellini, created by our own Steve Machin, has certainly hit the spot and has not only made it's mark in Eastbourne but Internationally.
