our cocktail masterclass is a fun way to discover the art of cocktails & 'mixology'. this experience can be a great start to a night, & the best thing is you get to drink what you create!

Learn the art of cocktail making with some of the Loft's best bartenders. This fantastic experience teaches you the secrets of mixology, tricks used by the experts and offers a fascinating insight to the history of cocktail making. You will try your hand at making and tasting some of the most mouth watering concoctions around after first watching how the experts do it.

Your experience starts with a welcome drink & an informative talk about the history of cocktails, terminology & tricks of the trade, followed by demonstrations from the experts & plenty of hands on time to develop your cocktail making skills. During your break you will have a chance to chat to the experts & enjoy a well earned drink, before it's time to put what you know into practice by designing your own masterpieces as well as recreating popular contemporary & classic cocktails. We'll talk you through 3 cocktails of your choice & finish with a little surprise over a 3 hour session. We can also offer bar snack packages to complete the session.

Cocktail Master Class: (minimum 6 persons, maximum 16 persons)

All sessions include expert training, the tools of the trade and of course the required alcohol!
Cost: £29.95 per head (alcoholic drinks) & £14.95 per head (non-alcoholic drinks)
Includes: 3 x cocktails, 1 x shooter & 1 x reception drink
Duration: 3 hours with latest start time 16:30 (19:30 finish)
Booking requires a 20% deposit

cocktail masterclasses can be arranged any day of the week at a time to suit, but on premium nights, fridays & saturdays it must start no later than 4.30pm. the cocktail masterclass will last a maximum of 3 hours. we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your enquiry.
