Duration:

The play period is 3 hours, which includes a 15 minute break for the croupier. Extensions to this play period can be agreed in advance at the booking stage & will be reflected in the price.

Generally:

We normally arrive no later than 45 minutes before your casino hire begins.

We try & work with you to meet your requirements should you need an earlier setup for which we do not charge extra.

We normally collect on the same day & we can usually clear a casino in less than 20 minutes ensuring minimum fuss & disruption to your event.

Charity Casino Hire:

There are a few ways to organize a charity fundraising event: we have mentioned a couple below:

  1. You can charge your guests an entrance fee that covers some or all of the hire costs. You may wish to include a small denomination voucher that will entitle each guest to a few free casino chips to get them started. Once they have spent their free chips, they can then purchase more from one of your nominated members.
  2. Anyone that attends your fundraising/charity night can purchase Fun Money from one of your nominated members in exchange for casino chips at the gaming tables. We will supply an unlimited amount of ‘Fun Money’ & you can sell these for as high or low as you like.

Casino Party Hire:

Alternatively, for events such as weddings & other private gatherings, you may wish to distribute FUN money freely to all your guests so they can indulge themselves on the tables. If a guest runs out of chips, a further round of FUN money is distributed & the excitement continues.

Prizes:

Prizes can be awarded to the player/players lucky enough to amass the most chips. This will of course be dependent upon the nature of the event. For instance we strongly recommend a prize or alternative incentive for Clients hosting charitable & fundraising events as this encourages your guests to play harder which in turn translates to more generous donations.

Alternatively, for private parties & special occasions a prize or reward may not be needed. We would however generally recommend a prize be considered as it gives your guests a target to aim for, creates an air of friendly competition & rounds off the casino event with a presentation for the lucky winners.

Fundraising Ideas:

Some local businesses will sponsor charity evenings. They can do this by sponsoring a casino table. In return you can promote their company on the table with a sign or personalized ‘Fun Money’ with their company name or an order of events brochure, the ideas are endless.

Ask local businesses or friends if they will donate prizes for the winners. If you end up with lots of prizes, you could auction them throughout the evening. Again, in return you can promote their company for their kind donation, with advertising aids such as, a brochure, Fun Money, logo or name on the entry ticket. Or the more traditional approach, thank you speech at the end of your evening.
At the beginning of the evening, you can invite people to buy Roulette numbers from the Roulette wheel. When the croupier does the first spin of the evening, or sometime during the evening, the player with the winning number wins a prize or free ‘Fun Money’.
