Our upstairs lounge area is available free of charge with full hospitality if required. If you a planning a party & are looking for a venue in Eastbourne we can accommodate all sizes of bookings. To gain entry to our upper lounge, especially on premium nights, we do not insist on a booking, it’s just advisable due to the popularity of the function venue. Midweek nights & all days are also available, again at no charge, so please contact us to discuss your requirements.
If you require your function with exclusive access to the first floor lounge area we would not charge any reservation fee, however premium nights for friday, saturday, bank holidays & xmas may carry a ‘minimum spend requirement’. Please download the Function Pack to read more
